Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you use datewith.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Datewith Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Datewith Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Just General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial adviser. Every tree and every property is different, and what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

The cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Price shifts with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work begins.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. If you have questions, ask your insurer or agent.

Staying Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and damaged structures. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Datewith Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website correct and up to date. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
