How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Datewith Tree Service should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Datewith Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If there is a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. One limit to be clear about: Datewith Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email us at contact@datewith.garden and include:

  • Your name and the way to reach you that suits you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
